At the root of the current ecological crisis, we could face a disconnection from our bodies and our intimacy with life. The gateway of the menstrual cycle offers an opportunity to reunite with the cyclical wisdom of the body. In doing so, we may be able to deconstruct the ways in which we have internalized oppressive systems and narratives.

This workshop with Circle Coach Ruby May is for anyone – regardless of age and gender – with a curiosity about paradigm shifts, embodied activism and system change. Please bring comfortable clothes you can move around in and a journal and pen if you’d like to take notes.

The event will be held in English. The event starts at 10 a.m. and lasts until 5 p.m.
